These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of servtek.ai (the "Site") and to consultations you book through it. By using the Site or booking a call, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Servtek
Servtek provides business consulting to owners of home service, restoration, and contracting businesses, including strategy, operations, and AI and automation guidance. Servtek is not a public adjuster, law firm, accounting firm, or insurance company. We do not represent property owners or policyholders in insurance claims, and we do not negotiate claims on anyone's behalf.
2. Information only, not professional advice
Articles and other content on the Site are for general information. They are not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or financial advice, and they may not fit your situation. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions based on them.
3. Consultations
When you book a call, please give accurate contact details. Calls can be rescheduled or canceled using the links in your confirmation. Booking a call does not create an ongoing consulting engagement. Any paid engagement will be covered by a separate written agreement, and if that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
4. Results
Every business is different. Examples, testimonials, and results described on the Site are not a promise or guarantee of any particular outcome for your business.
5. Text message terms
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, Servtek may send you texts about appointments, reminders, follow-ups, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help; you can also contact us at [email protected] or (805) 268-0133. 6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by trying to gain unauthorized access to it, interfering with how it works, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and articles, belong to Servtek or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy, republish, or sell its content without our written permission.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
